I am currently a fully insured self employed Personal Trainer although I do have many more qualifications and experience.

I can help with Life Coaching whether that would be for studies or your day to day organisation.

I am qualified in Animal care, Anatomy, Personal training and have had previous experience working in retail, the Veterinary industry, a Home Carer, as a QA Engineer, and finally a Personal Trainer where I assist in my clients life organisation, nutrition guidance, fitness guidance and programmes.

I currently run my own business so thus I understand stress and anxiety that can affect lifestyles.

I know the best methods in studying and how to efficiently organise your life around your studies and work.

I care for my clients wellbeing and needs and will adjust lessons from person to person.

All lessons will be personal to you and appropriate advice will be given during the lesson.

The first lesson will include:
- Getting to know one another
- Discussing your needs
- Implementing better ways to adjust a busy schedule and to ensure you are giving yourself enough time for your own wellbeing
- Discussing your next steps in life and finding out any worries you may have for your future
- Making a plan for the next lesson
- Discussing structure

First lessons will be free of charge, all lessons there after will be £20 and will be done via Zoom Calls on a secure network.

Everything discussed will be strictly confidential.
