I am a qualified primary teacher with QTS.
I have taught across all the Key Stages at my school and at present I am in Year 1. My lessons are always well planned and resourced, children are engaged and subject knowledge is good. Over the years I have carefully planned detailed lessons which challenge high attaining pupils and ensure support is given to those with SEN. I set homework which is specifically related to each child’s needs. I have a good relationship with the children and behaviour is very good and it is evident that the different behaviour strategies that are used within the classroom are appropriate and effective. Through monitoring and assessment, I understand pupils’ individual needs and know how to get the best from each child.
I also have 14 years experiences working as a tutor for 11 plus.
