I have considerable teaching experience across the complete educational age range. I have worked both in Primary/Secondary schools, Further Education Colleges and at Community Centres in the UK.

I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant in SEN schools.

I also have experience of teaching English abroad in Sudan, Oman, Kazakhstan, Spain and Italy.

Furthermore, I taught at Summer Schools in Bath, Uxbridge and UCL in the UK.

I have the experience of teaching all the Cambridge Exam courses from Beginners to Advanced levels and I am also a Cambridge Speaking Examiner for KET, PET and FCE.

In addition to understanding how it feels to learn a foreign language, I have studied Spanish up to B1/2 and learnt a great deal of how to improve my own teaching methodology.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated professionalism and maintained very high standards of teaching. I ensure effective teaching through efficient organisation/record keeping and time-management strategies.

I have an updated DBS and look forward to hearing from you.
