My approach to mathematics sessions is never rigid; hence, I organize each session in such a way that the students not only learn the main concepts but also grow fond of this subject. These sessions start with a quick revision of the previous concepts for better reinforcement and doubt clarification. Then, the main lesson follows where I try to cover all aspects of the concept through problem-solving, theoretical discussion, and applications to real life. Whether it be algebra, calculus, or geometry, I always try to explain not only how something is done but why it is done this particular way, so as to give an in-depth understanding of the underlying mathematics.
Furthermore, I employ the use of modern tools like graphing software, interactive simulations, and digital learning platforms, which not only create effective learning outcomes but also vividly depict complex ideas to make things more concrete for the students. I do apply data-driven progress tracking where students track the development of their performance over time and thus can realize their need to reinforce certain skills.
