Hello, Having studied Design and Psychology , I have extensive experience in both sectors having worked for many years working in the UK, USA, South Africa and Spain.

I am from the UK and appreciate the pace of life and the demands it can have on a person and organisation to succeed. I create and design programs that fir to each client, as know one is the same and each has their own way of learning and dealing with the issues that arise.

From my own experiences, i have studied and observed how to tackle issues that prevent us from moving forward. rather than admit defeat, I have understood that it requires a change of perspective and attitude, and building new cognitive behaviors to move on successfully.

I use CBT, DBT, Design Techniques, Art Therapy and NLP to build programs that will meet the needs of the client, and help them obtain the necessary tools that can have long term benefits.
