My preferred method of teaching is going through questions and past exam papers (mostly using websites) as this not only helps to understand the topic but also helps with exam technique which is a big part of doing well in any exam. My preferred method of teaching is going through questions and past exam papers (mostly using websites) as this not only helps to understand the topic but also helps with exam technique which is a big part of doing well in any exam. I try to keep a very fun casual dynamic in the lessons as I find this makes the student feel a lot less pressured and helps them to concentrate. The student I have tutored previously went from struggling to achieve a pass in foundation maths to getting consistent 5s in the subject, which is the highest grade possible.
