Technology is a key to students learning into 21st century where visibility and adaptability rule if we take our laptop around the work, education will walk with us. I took part in a training course for the integration of technology with the existing curriculum under the Intel teach to the future program in the beginning of my career. Practising this in my classrooms has brought tremendous improvements in students’ engagements and learning environment. The change was so obvious that made the school management appoint me as an expert trainer to further train their twenty teachers for the same training which was successfully completed. Practising the skills, I gained during the training in my classrooms led me to win Intel Education Award with the collaboration of Ministry of Education in 2003.
I always consider success of my teaching course material effectively and positive learning outcomes students showing progress are due to my approach towards learning. Students never learn in stale environment. Student’s parents and teachers with collaboration create the change.
Students do not learn to live or survive in a classroom. They learn to survive in real world. Every lesson must be taught by relating to real world. I also believe our planner should be flexible and should change methodology based on students’ performance and reactions.

My overall strategy to create positive learning environment has always been the following pedagogical practices which I found best.
o Set realistic goals
o Exactly right scaffolding and differentiation
o Easy to follow directions
o Continued check ins
