I generally prefer to teach with a Wacom tablet on PPT so that my session remains interactive. later on, I store all those pages and prepare pdf and share it with students. Sometimes, I prepare PPTs as well for subjects such as Image processing/Data visualization topics. I also use some other websites if they share better content for a given topic.

If I am teaching languages or technology then with theory, I prefer to show practicals on the computer which helps students to better understand that topic. I always try to correlate given topics with real-time problems. I have taken the feedback of students regarding this and I found them really positive.
Moreover, If I am teaching topics on Data structures or Algorithms, I use Leetcode to relate it with the application of that data structure/algorithm. This habit helped students to get handsome packages from reputed companies.
