As I have mentioned that I have instructed Computer Science for both middle and senior school (Class 6 to O levels), my teaching capability has made upto
80% improvement in student performance based on standardised assessments. As I stepped into the role of Extra-Curricular Coordinator for the senior school it lead to a 75% increase in student participation in extracurricular
events. Moreover, adapting to the challenges of COVID-19 by taking online classes, I ensured a seamless transition to virtual learning and maintaining a 95% attendance rate. Finally, as I had managed branch operations in the previous company that I worked in and had the chance to conduct training sessions, it
lead to a 60% increase in team performance. Lastly, as I also got the opportunity to instruct and prepare students for the IELTS test, ensuring compliance with English language
requirements for higher studies, it resulted in a 95% success rate as well as I also assisted them to prepare them for pre-CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)
interviews, achieving a 100% success rate for students in securing admissions at the best universities in the United Kingdom. Thus, my full-fledged experience of teaching and counselling students/applicants has given me the golden chance to understand and observe the needs of my students more closely making me a better support for them.
