Based on the students comfort level, I would either ask them to solve difficult exercises or simple ones.
I would slowly push a student’s potential when they feel more comfortable with the concept and subject.
The resources I use are either Google Meet or Teams or Zooms based on what’s available to the student.
At the end of every week I also like to chat up with the parents/guardians on their feedback and how I could improve my performance or what should I tone down or what should I focus on.
