I use for my teachings Power point slides, Word slides and always use examples, therefore students are able to really comprehend and understand what is taught. Also, at the end of the class I like to challenge the students by asking three people questions about each topic I’ve lectured that day. In my lessons I try my best to keep the lessons fun and interesting by watching here and then small educational videos.
The content will mostly be Basic communication, German grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Reading, and Writing Skills.
I myself studied in Germany for 17 years and know the educational system and culture. German schools are quite strict and straight forward. The educational system in Germany is a little different to the UK one. First you attend Kindergarten then Grundschule (Primary school), then secondary school (based on your academic performance in primary school). There are three seconded schools in Germany; Hauptschule, Realschule and Gymnasium this one is the highest performance school until grade 12 or 13, culminating in the Abitur exam.
