My experience at the Astute College Tuition Centre has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the GCSE Mathematics and Science exams, and the challenges that students often face. I have developed and implemented learning plans that cater to the individual needs of each student, focussing on their strengths and addressing their weaknesses. By employing a personalised approach, I have helped students improve their grades in both maths and science.

My experience at this centre also covered teaching maths and 11 plus content from KS2 up to GCSE level. I also have over a year of experience teaching online with mytutor.co.uk, which involved teaching maths, chemistry and biology at GCSE. My role as an online tutor has meant that I have experience teaching both in-person and online, which would make me an ideal candidate for this role.

I am studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham. Although my degree is not science-based, my studies have still covered calculus, statistics and probability at a university level. My own academic qualifications and endeavours both at GCSE and A-Level have provided me with a strong knowledge of subject specifications and requirements.
