Hi, I am Shadab, a highly skilled and efficient tutor In Physics and mathematics at GCSE and Alevel providing intuitive and flexible lessons on key areas of Physics and Maths. My work and skills developed over several years have secured me an offer for Engineering Science from the University of Oxford. I have tutored multiple students in physics and maths in year 12 ,receiving excellent feedback from my tutees and rewarded by my college. Further, I have achieved multiple Gold medals in the UK Math Olympiad. I structure my lessons based of a personalised plan I formulate with my student in our first session,setting targets specific to exam dates, allowing me to personalise teaching for the student. In terms of teaching, I make use of several Physics and Maths animations in my lessons to make learning quicker and more enjoyable, I also used interactive online whiteboard to go through problems, although if you don't have access to the software I can just as easily do the problems on paper or on PowerPoint. For my animations some include PHet animations, while others include Focus animations for Physics. After covering key theory i provide the student with basic questions related to the section and at the end of each topic , for example electricity A Level, I focus on analyzing exam questions with the students providing practical exam technique tips which they can use to practice questions live in session under timed conditions. This will also involve any patterns that the student can recognise to help them tackle the questions quicker.
