With more than 17 years of experience as an ESL Teacher, I am adept in learning style assessments and Individualized Lesson Plans (IEPs). Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate communication and analytical skills, I am:

Highly motivated with a strong desire to help others to become autonomous learners, assisting with their achievement to more advanced levels whilst enabling them to take responsibility. I prefer to use mix method while I'm teaching. this helps learners to enjoy the lesson and don't feel exhausted. teaching key topics in multiple ways using a mix of methods to help students remember the information. For example, I might have learners read about a topic, write about it and perform an interactive activity about it.

knowing four languages helps me to teach English to the ones who don't know English very well.
