I have my 9 months teaching experience for orphans, it was a volunteer job. I was using different methods base on the understanding of students practical, class participation, giving them a chance to teach new things and some more to have fully confidenced students. Creating a friendly environment is every important for a teacher and I was maintaining it by having a good smile and patience with children.
