As a Secondary School Teacher with seven years of experience in high schools’ settings, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.
I began my career as a high school Physics and Mathematics Teacher in Leaders and Nobles school in Ibadan before going back to the university in pursuit of my degree in Physics at Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta. After the completion of my BSc in Physics. I taught Physics and Mathematics for a year in Fola Model College before going for my National Youth Service Corps.
Since then, I see myself as an educator, not just a teacher. Often time, I motivate my students to do what they love and to love what they do. I do encourage them to aspire for future career that will impact lives positive and make their environments conductive to live.
In addition to my teaching profession and experience, I hold a certificate in Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and a teacher licensed with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Monarch Model College where I current teach Physics and Mathematics using instructional aids such as internet, projector, YouTube, email to facilitate teaching and learning among my students. I have several teaching method, one of the favourite methods I uses is the questioning method to probe their comprehension, retention and presentation of the knowledge imparted
