My approach to coaching and mentoring esteems from my own experience in being coached and mentored by outstand coaches and mentors that were able to reflect love and care in their actions towards me and those around them in a very simple and natural way.
I seek a transpersonal coaching approach in my practice to tap into my clients self awareness. I apply the GROW (Goal; Reality;Options; and Wrap up) model as my basic model to analyse and help my clients deal with their challenges, this model is guided by a deep listen approach and a reflective analysis before during and after sessions.
My sessions normaly have 1 hour duration, I offer 6 session pack.
