I apply different techniques for teaching Spanish, according to the needs of the student(s). When the student wants to learn how to communicate, have conversations and understand the language, I'd prefer to have informal chats with the student, always in Spanish. In this way, the student can become more fluent. If the student needs to learn how to write it and learn the different grammatical rules, then I offer a more formal lesson, in which we'll explore the rules and how they apply in daily life. I am open to any suggestions and to whatever works better for the student.
