- If you don't know where to start, don't worry! I got it covered. After our first meeting, I will assess and plan what kind of learning best suits you. Whether you are a beginner or have some skills, you will always take something away after each session.
- I have over 10 years of experience in teaching all age groups and in various settings.
- My experience as a language teacher and translator can help you learn the language faster, as I can understand both English/American culture and Korean culture. And culture is important, because it impacts the expressions you use! You will be exposed to modern slangs, formal, professional, and casual expressions that you can use to impress others.
- My sessions usually last 40 minutes but depending on your needs, it can be negotiated.
- My lessons are composed of learning expressions, grammar, vocabulary, and culture. Each session will have target expressions that use specific grammar and vocabulary. The lesson has plenty of examples in real situations as well as how it compares to English/American culture so you can get the 'feel' of when and how to use them.
- At the end of each session I review what we covered, and introduce something interesting and fun about Korea. Or, is there anything that you want to discover and discuss? Just let me know!
- I have resources that you can use to practice at your own pace. While they are not assignments, these resources will definitely boost your language acquisition.
