Students in my classes get my full attention and care in order to best improve their strength, wellness and flexibility through the art of yoga. Safety is a very important factor in order to maintain a healthy body and prevent any further complications in the future.
Not only do yogis learn the essential skill on how to practise yoga and their positions, but they gain a deeper understanding of the philosophy behind each stretch and why it's important, hence gaining a much deeper appreciation and understanding to yoga.
Some of my specialties as a yoga instructor include a deep knowledge of Hath Yoga and how to Breathe properly (pranayama).
