These methodologies guide my approach to teaching, ensuring that each lesson is personalized and impactful.

Dr. Demartini's principles on human behavior and values play a central role in how I engage with students. I strive to align lessons with each student's values, interests, and natural learning style, helping them find meaning and motivation in the material. By understanding their core values, I ensure the content resonates deeply, making learning more relevant and effective.

Chris Voss’s negotiation and communication strategies also shape my lessons. I use techniques such as tactical empathy, mirroring, and calibrated questions to build rapport, encourage open dialogue, and guide students toward deeper understanding. These methods help students feel heard, reducing anxiety and fostering a positive and collaborative learning atmosphere.

Additionally, the Process Communication Model (PCM) allows me to identify and address the distinct communication styles and psychological needs of each student.
