Being a great English teacher is all about creativity and having fun!

I make sure my classes aren't too rigid and boring by enjoying them myself. I listen just as much as I talk so I will give you a chance to explain what your requirements are before we start and make a tailor made program just for you. There are so many learning styles, that it's important to do this.

I am a good communicator and enjoy learning about a student's needs.

Due to my level of experience, I like to use a mixture of my own materials as well as existing ones from Cambridge University Press, Oxford and others.

Having completed a specialised postgraduate qualification combined with extensive teaching and advertising industry experience gives me a natural edge in the education field because of my ability to effectively communicate difficult ideas and concepts in a fun, engaging, and above all student-focused way.

As well as private tutoring I am an In-Sessional Business English Lecturer for Pearson College (Summer and Winter intake). Class sizes of 20-30. Latin American Undergraduate cohort (C1 learners).

I am an EAP Lecturer for the International Foundation Diploma in Business at Oxford International (in partnership with the University of Greenwich). Contributing to course content, taking part in moderated marking, lecturing and invigilation.

I have mentored students from Anglia Ruskin University, Oxford University, London Met, Brunel University, Kings College and Cambridge Judge Business School.
