I have been studying and playing drums for 18 years!

I have had the privilege of studying under some of the UK’s finest Drum practitioners including Dave Howarth (NAMM Awards runner up)

Since 2010 I have been working as a session drummer and percussionist for various bands in the North West.

In 2015 I graduated from UCLAN with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Music and a Nomination for the prestigious Lancashire Creatives Award for my final degree show.

Since 2017 I have been working full time in the world folk band Mobius Loop. We have released 3 studio albums, sold out venues across the UK, ram 8 headline tours and headlined main stages at established festivals across the UK and Europe including Green Gathering, All About Love, Ancient Trance (Germany), and InToTheWild Festival.

I can guide you through the various Grades, all of the techniques, rudiments and styles you will need and help develop your authentic drumming.

We will spend the first lesson hearing you play, learning what your favourite types of music and working on some exciting beats and solos. From there I will carefully curate your lesson plans specialised to your current ability, and your favourite types of music and drumming.

I can also help offer insight into being a working drummer, how to write your parts in a song, how to get your first gigs and how to promote yourself.
