I haven't taught in schools but I have done private teaching.
I go with the pace of the student. With my exposure I can connect my student with someone so as to practice the language better. That's a friend who doesn't understand Englush so that one puts the effort to practice her Spanish or English if that's the subject am teaching.
Am also very friendly and I adjust to the person that am teaching.
I love cycling and singing so we can as well share our hobbies just to relax the mind. To learn a language can be very weighing at times so one needs to unwind so as to relax and that's where Our hobbies come in.
