Hello!

My name is Scarlett and I am an English native speaker. I love to teach and to meet new people and build connections. I find that lessons work best when they are based on the learners own needs and goals. At the start of our sessions we can discuss your goals and concerns, using them to create a tailored programme for you! I am happy to provide a block of structured tutoring or singular lessons focussed on understanding one specific element of your learning.

Ultimately, I try to weave fun into your learning so that you can remember what we have worked on together and apply it in your life! I can help you prepare for an interview, write a cover letter, ace your IELTS, complete a University application or work through your homework. Whatever your goals are, I am happy to help you.

I have taught English abroad and at summer camps in the UK. I have worked in the USA, Canada, Scotland, Morocco and Mongolia. I have also tutored and mentored students whilst studying for my Law degree.

- I integrate role play, quizzes and games to develop learning,
- I am happy to use regular assessments (if desired) to gauge progress and weak areas of learning,
