I am a fun, bubbly individual who has many years of experience working with children! I have a lot of knowledge of the different ways of teaching and I’m very good at breaking down topics/subjects to suit my client/student. I love seeing children reach their full potential and always use any opportunity I can to help children develop. I’m very enthusiastic and I have a passion for helping individuals grow. Without the teaching degree, I have numerous years of experience in classroom management and have delivered lessons myself! I was doing teacher training but I didn’t complete it and I left after a year. As part of my training, I did a lot of lesson planning, observations and assessments so I have a deep understanding of the different pedagogies of teaching. Children tend of love my attitude as I always look for fun ways of learning. I’m very good at keeping the children focused on their task and keeping them engaged during class. Im exceptionally patient and I’m brilliant at allowing children correct themselves instead of me. My behaviour management is proven to be fantastic as I try to build a good relationship with my student/client so they are less likely to misbehave and my attitude towards behaviour is always positive reinforcement as acknowledging children’s achievements will only encourage them towards being better and it shows that their efforts are always being acknowledged, even the small ones!
