I have been teaching Physics, Math and Chess online for the past 3 years. It doesn't matter what your age or your level of expertise is, my classes suit everyone. I have taught kids from the age of 6 all the way to 20 year old university students with great success. Usually I have a topic prepared that I want to teach in every lesson, but I don't teach in a traditional way. Most of the time, a teacher just stands on a board and talks and from a class of 20 students, only a few understand while most are lost, bored or just not interested. My classes are very interactive, I usually chat with my students for a couple of minutes and slowly I orient the conversation to the topic I want to teach, posing questions along the way that catch the students' attention and curiosity to learn. This method is heavily inspired by the ancient philosopher Socrates who was possibly the greatest teacher of the ancient world. I know that everyone learns in a different way and at a different pace so you need to know that I have no problem explaining again something to a student who doesn't understand and I stay patient and find different ways to pass my knowledge until every student is on board with the class. I know that school is very dependent on giving a lot of homework to kids, so I don't give assignments to my students unless they ask for it.
