I have over 15 years of experience teaching, mentoring and tutoring students, fresh graduates, and early career professionals.

I tailor my teaching to student needs to help them achieve their goals and unlock opportunities. At the outset I identify student needs and set clear learning objectives. I use a variety of teaching methods and techniques, including hands on activities, visuals, technology integration, group work, reading sessions, use of real-world scenarios/examples analogies, etc to save keep the lessons interesting. I also regard routine checks or assessments for understanding to address areas of confusion and regular feedback for myself as essential to progress of the student. At all times, I encourage questions and discussions to foster critical thinking and an overall positive learning environment.

I believe that the purpose of teaching should be not mere knowledge but also education that would help a student reach their fullest potential. All students are good students, as a teacher it is my duty to establish that.
