I am certain that a good instructor makes students happy and engaged in their studies. Teaching should be carried out in such a way that the students interests in learning and being curious are always present. I've had some fantastic teachers that I look up to as role models and who taught me techniques like SWOT analysis which has helped me to climb my mountains.
