Using diagrams and examples before attempting the questions is a great way to visualise and use as reference when answering an exam-style question.
Continuing to do more of this method, will lead to muscle memory and students will find it second nature when answering future questions.
Taking notice of key words and phrases can instantly trigger a students brain to a certain topic and that is fundamental during an exam where timing yourself is really important.
