I take great pride in supporting my students to reach their full potential and I have loved my journey within teaching and tutoring so far. I specialise in 11+, private entrance exams, GCSE’s and A levels in all subjects. I have extensive experience teaching and have covered all subjects and continue to do so. My students are supported fully using a positive mindset with mindful support- I truly believe that believing in yourself and having the confidence to achieve opens your mind to learning and removes any anxiety. The students I have taught have all achieved excellent results and have been supported and challenged along the way. Being the head of Maths at my school means that I am able to see the progression of learning so I know the next step at every point within Maths but also in every area of learning as I have been teaching for 26 years. My specialism is also English and Spanish and I am currently teaching all levels in both languages. I focus on understanding and comprehension and then depending on the subject, I will ensure I present challenging work for my students to complete. It is very important that the understanding is in place before I move forward to the next step. It is incredible to see students progress and support them along the way using positivity and growth mindset.
