I have been working as a physics teacher for the last 18 years. I have the following Teaching style, Lesson format, contents, dynamics, and experiences which can be described as:
Teaching Style: My approach to teaching can be described as a blend of coaching and facilitation. I aim to create an engaging and interactive learning environment, encouraging active participation and critical thinking among students.
Lesson Format: I structure lessons with a mix of traditional and modern methods. This includes lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities to cater to diverse learning preferences.
Content: I focus on a student-led teaching style, allowing students to not only learn through doing but also have a say in what they want to explore. This fosters a sense of ownership and engagement in the learning process.
Dynamics: My lessons are dynamic, adapting to the unique needs of each student. I believe in creating an inclusive space where every student feels heard and valued.
Experience: With a wealth of experience, I have refined my teaching style over the years. I've found that a student-centric approach, such as the delegator style, where the teacher acts as a guide, is particularly effective. This is because I have vast teaching experience at the school ( secondary school, and high secondary school) and college ( Inter and B.S students) with major subjects such as Mechanics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Modern physics, Environmental Physics, Introduction to Nano Science and NanoTechnology, Electronic materials and devices, Resources of renewable energy, levels broadening on 18 years.
