Every student is unique in their needs, strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, no set pattern or routine could always suit everyone.

My goal is to understand the particular forcus areas for each individual and use the most suitable technique, may it be formal PowerPoint presentations, one on one video or in-person interaction, or other variety of teaching aids.

Usually there is an onboarding session in which the student's needs are identified through discussions and some interactive activities such as a few basic questions answers of general and subjest specific nature.

Based on the responses, the teacher determines what the student's needs are and what type of instructional style would be most suited and effective for the the student's desired outcome.

Since the aim to maximise learning with efficiency and ease, the instruction style once decided, is not permanent and can be tweaked as and when needed.

Students are generally encouraged to ask questions and discuss their problem areas unless the coverage of a certain concept is deemed necessary for grasping the needed understanding of the issue at hand.

Typically, lessons include use of core texts being used by the students, recommended texts and study sources from the student's educational institute, prepared or custom made lectures by the teacher, exercise, teacher's own knowledge base, desk top research and open sourch materials found online and also provided by the teacher.

The sessions are interactive, and try to achieve maximum student involvement.

The content used for teaching is shared with the student when needed.
