Hi there!
As someone who has always had a passion for writing, reading and just about everything in between, it was almost a no-brainer for me to go into a field where I could not only put that appreciation to use but also share it with others.
My methods in sharing said appreciation will vary from person to person. I understand that everyone learns differently, so from the very start I will make it my priority to get to know you - what works well for you, what kind of learner you are, etc.
I am a flexible person. I don't believe in a rigid set of steps that must be taken toward a certain goal. I think learning is very fluid and that fluidity must be honored.
I will balance the need to cultivate a solid understanding of you as a student, in order to best serve you on your educational journey, with the need to remain progressive. While developing a solid foundation for where the sessions will go is undoubtedly a crucial first step, I acknowledge that learning is linear and therefore will prioritize the importance of building upon previous lessons as we go in order to promote a deeper understanding of the topics at hand.
