Experience:

A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching English as a second language in small groups

Teaching Methods:

Task-based language teaching: where the focus is on having students perform communicative tasks in English, such as role-plays, debates, and discussions.
Grammar-Translation Method: where the focus is on teaching grammar rules and vocabulary, and then having students translate sentences from their native language to English.
Direct Method: where the focus is on teaching English through English, with little or no use of the student's native language.
Communicative Language Teaching: where the focus is on teaching language in context, and helping students develop communicative competence in English.
