I am confident in supporting and providing inclusion, independent learning and differentiation for all students and their needs. I have valid skills and qualities to implement and develop these support mechanisms inside and outside the learning environment. I can create, edit, and manage appropriate paperwork and documentation to support and develop the learning progression and journey for all students. I understand the importance of using and managing the appropriate legislation, policies, systems, and paperwork when making informed decisions regarding student welfare. My experience involves creating and monitoring SMART targets, providing support and action plans, referring students to professional services, and supporting their academic, social and employability journey in education. I believe in allowing individuals and groups to use cases and topics of interest to themselves to make the lessons more enjoyable. I enjoy using real-life cases, examples and discussions to provide engaging classes, lessons and webinars. I believe in focusing on elements of law needed and working well in society. Also, the opportunities and reasons for critiquing and researching influencing factors.

I have been extremely fortunate to teach and deliver several units to different academic levels in Business and Law. My experience in teaching and supporting employability skills, foundation learning and specialised courses have given me a real insight into education. I enjoy teaching employability skills/courses and supporting other modules across the curriculum. It allows the students to develop their skills while critiquing and analysing the current issues and risks of the profession/subject. I would like to support students with the demands of the sector, professional course/academic studies and taking ownership of their own learning journey. I am extremely passionate about developing students into high-achieving learners, but effective and responsible individuals ready for the higher education and employment world.
