My name is Sarah Karim.
I enjoy making lessons as useful as possible for any students who are struggling with the content and exam practice. I have had previous experience of teaching sociology using a range of methods that are tailored to help students individually reach their full potential. I am enthusiastic and passionate about the subject as well as a reliable tutor. I believe that each student can benefit from the lessons that I provide and can help them with their sociological knowledge and how to effectively use it in timed conditions through essay practice. I provide tips and tricks to understand how to answer a question accordingly. I also encourage students to be able to effectively understand the concepts by challenging them in order for them to understand the different theorist views and how an essay can be structured. I enjoy teaching all students and for learning to be a fun and lively experience aswell as being effective and useful. I always have the students needs at heart and able to communicate with them if they need more help in a certain topic area and can arrange more time for students who feel they need more help especially near exam period if a student perhaps is not feeling ready for the exam and can help them feel comfortable and confident with the content and feel ready for the exam. I also can share resources and links to help students gain a better understanding of sociology; any other help needed.
