My sessions usually starts with a consultation meeting to find out more about your fitness goals, barriers, health and etcetera.
We also look at proposing a plan that works according to your fitness levels, your body biomechanics and a variety of techniques to help the individual to improve their performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Correcting posture, taking measurements and going through your diet, eating habits, looking at calories and macros to achieve the body composition that you desire.
Once we find out everything I need in order to tailor a fitness plan for you, I will be there every step of the way to guide and help you with each exercise, correcting your from and identify any imbalance or tightness that needs to be worked on using mobility exercises to increase range of motion and avoid injuries.
