I’m a tutor who works really well with active recall methods, so I will bring this into my class. Active recall ensures students will not only be able to understand the content during revision time but it means they will be able to retrieve it during the exam. I use active recall methods such as blurting, past paper qs and quick fire Qs.
Also, my lessons will be in an interactive format meaning at any point the students can ask for assistance and will be 100% involved, making it easier for them to really understand the content.
When it comes to my experience, this includes working 2 years (and still now) at the Camden youth council and as a member of it, I have a lot of experience working with different age groups of the youth and this has taught me excellent communication skills and maturity beyond my years. On top of this, I currently work at a tutoring branch in my local area which I teach children, meaning I am an expert at helping others grasp tricky concepts.
