I am a very visual teacher, so I will use pictures and tools and stories to help with the dynamics of the lessons. I am very hyperactive so it will motivate the students when they feel less motivated.
My background includes completing an American High School program with a focus on Business studies, and an ongoing bachelor’s degree in business & marketing. For 3 years I taught in Portuguese to primary students every Saturday.
My lessons will be focused on starting with the basics (how to pronounce each letter of the alphabet, numbers, vowels, animals), we will then move on to full sentences using vowels and identifying them, we will afterwards move towards using verbs and nouns, and we will always end the class with a written text in Portuguese using everything that was learned in that lesson.
My schedule is pretty flexible, so it will be easy to schedule classes even if they are last minute.
Why me?
I was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. It's my home. My language and my safe port. Apart from speaking the language at home, I spent 17 years learning it in school, reading, writing and comprehending.

We will also be scheduling some fun exercises, as well as watching short and easy to understand videos and movies.
Portuguese can be a great and fun language to learn, why not try with a young soul like me?
I get along with anyone quite easily, and I am always more than happy to stay extra time.
