Sanskruti Laxman

As a Physics graduate from the University of Leicester, with excellence in Mathematics at both GCSE and A-Level, I aim to apply my knowledge and teaching methods, learned from my own academic experience, to help students achieve their highest potential. My approach is student-centered, beginning with an understanding of each individual’s needs and learning style, enabling me to tailor lessons accordingly to ensure their success.

Lessons will be aligned with the exam board and curriculum, with a focus on not only improving the student’s exam performance but also deepening their overall understanding of the subject. I will provide carefully selected resources, including exam questions for practice, which will be marked with constructive feedback to help students apply what they have learned. This approach ensures that students grasp key concepts and are able to use them effectively.

Periodic reviews of subject knowledge will be conducted to reinforce retention and ensure students are well-prepared for exams. I am also available to address any additional questions the student may have throughout their studies, with a clear focus on helping them achieve the best possible grade. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment, helping students build confidence in their abilities while fostering critical thinking skills that will benefit them both in and out of the classroom.

In addition to my subject knowledge, I emphasize the development of strong study habits and exam techniques, providing strategies to manage time effectively and handle exam pressures. I believe that with the right guidance, every student can excel and reach their academic goals.
