I started my career as an online tutor for biology,chemistry & mathematics. Later in my career I became a full time Biology teacher for Higher secondary. From all of the experiences I have achieved as a teacher I firmly believe that the most effective method is: Explain - Write - Test, which means at first explaining a topics in details to the students so that they understand everything about it,make them write about the topics and later on take a light test just to understand how much they reached to the the dept of the topics.
