For online maths lessons, I apply a teacher-student teaching approach where the teacher helps and supports the student to grasp mathematical concepts and how to use the student's knowledge in different situations. I consider the student's learning style either visual, auditory, or reading/writing. Therefore the lesson would be more interesting, fun, and diverse with videos and interactive online games along with written activities.

As for the assessments: In the first lesson there would be a diagnostic assessment to know where the student stands and the skills he/she needs to enhance and improve. There would be continuous formative assessments to assess their knowledge and skills that need to be reached up to a specific stage and to help me as a teacher to make some changes - if necessary - in the teaching and learning activities to improve the student's learning achievement. Before the school's test, there would be a summative assessment to ensure the student's learning process and achievement.

I believe that building trust and showing care for the student help him/her in learning achievement. That is a crucial role that teachers play in the students' life.
