Sandra Van Oosterhout

I am committed to offering a friendly, supportive learning experience that is tailored to each student's level of English and their goals. I will find out what your goal is and how you enjoy learning, and I will work with you to help you succeed. I have over 10 years' experience of teaching and have spent one year in Spain teaching English as a foreign language. In addition, I am a freelance English editor and proofreader so well qualified in English, and I am a native English speaker. I can help with students learning English as a second language at any stage, from beginners to academics.

The thing I love most about teaching is helping other people and seeing them succeed. I won't make you feel bad about mistakes - we all make them and they are an opportunity for further learning. As I myself have learned other languages, I fully appreciate the difficulty and admire anyone tackling the English language, as it is full of exceptions to the rule!
