I'm a biologist metamorphosed into a freelance graphic designer and a teacher. I love teaching and I've been doing it since I was a paleobiology postgraduate student back in Sweden (a while ago). My experience as a teacher (both with children and adults) has been an incredible road of personal and professional growth and has made me understand that we all experience the world in different ways, and with that comes variation in the ways we effectively learn.

I want all my students to feel motivated and confident. Learning a new language is certainly a challenge but it is also a key that unlocks the doors of new and exciting opportunities. With new skills comes personal and professional growth and development and a new language is not an exception. I believe my roll as an educator is to guide students through this path and to help them meet their fullest potential by providing them with an environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, respect and integrity. I trust in their potential and capacity to become successful individuals. By positively reinforcing their strategies, commending effort, persistence, focus and willingness to take on challenges I hope to motivate them and to boost their confidence.

Spanish is a rich and beautiful language. I will make sure my students enjoy learning it through dynamic and meaningful lessons. I will adapt the content of my lessons to the different levels of proficiency with innovative tools and effective strategies so that learners understand the material better and feel more comfortable.
