I use interactive learning methods like flashcards for instance. This may not work for everyone though so I try my best to study individuals to see what learning method is best for them. Some people will tell me outright what learning methods work for them, but some may still be trying to figure that our for themselves, which is where I can be of assistance too.

I also find that the best way to teach is not by scolding or using harsh words, but instead the one teaching has to be patient, kind and encouraging. Encouraging the student is very important because it is ultimately what drives their thirst for knowledge and keeps them going to reach their ultimate goal.

Speaking of goals, I believe that an important aspect of learning is setting personal goals. Setting these personal goals and achieving them gives such a huge serotonin boost and I want all students to feel that at the end of their time with me.
