My lessons are engaging, practical and inspiring. I have a student centred and holistic approach to teaching and learning that puts the students needs at the heart of my teaching practice.

In every lesson whether it is practical, written work or conceptual I make it engaging and fun. I believe art should be an exciting experience, engaging with materials and developing the mind to inspire and develop individuals creatively.

Fundamentally, I want to create lessons that are helpful for my students. I want to push them to develop and grow. To take risks and to embrace failure, which is an essential lesson in art and life.

I have an expansive knowledge of art history and contemporary art. I am a qualified teacher and a practicing artist specialising in performance art, photography and spoken and text based work. I have also exhibited nationally and internationally in UK, Italy, Indonesia, Scotland and Sweden.
