I tutored formally in high school, other students who needed help with Math/Science subjects. However, all throughout my University degree, I was turned to by my colleagues as someone who had a deep understanding of the topics, and could easily pass on the knowledge.

My teaching style generally involves working out problems on the spot, so that the student can see my thought process, which gives them the tools they need to do the same, when confronted with problems on their own.

We will split each subject into its basic components, and work on the understanding of each individually, in order to build a holistic knowledge of the subject. This splitting can go as deep as necessary for the student to feel confident with every aspect of a given subject.
