The content of the lessons:
Depending on what goal/objective is trying to be achieved, we may use a variety of things such as:
Stretching, lunging, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, gait (which include, walking, jogging, running and sprinting), swiss ball exercises, body weigh exercises, "work-in" exercises that can easily be done with a mat on the floor, tai chi and many other things.
