For first time students, my initial process will be trying to assess your current level. I do this by allowing the student to demonstrate what they know via mental maths or answering small general test paper. After I've assessed the student's level, I select an approach to teaching that I believe will most effectively reach the student. I combine this approach and the student's current school curiculum to create fun engaging sessions that teach the student what they actually need to know, and also allows the students to feel heard and understood. We can consoliidate our knowledge with past paper assessments which will help with exam techniques.
